The Paxxio Booking Engine you are currently using has been specifically designed to seamlessly integrate with the SmartHOTEL Channel Manager you have.
Will my bookings via Booking.com and other OTA channels be impacted?
No, your OTA bookings will not be impacted. You can continue using SmartHOTEL as your channel manager and take advantage of its functionality, including the ability to distribute rooms to OTA channels, while also continuing to use your Paxxio Booking Engine.
Can I still use Mollie payments in the Paxxio Booking Engine?
Yes, there have been no changes to your booking engine that would impact Mollie payments. The Paxxio and Mollie integration operates solely through Paxxio technology and does not interact with other systems. If you are using the Paxxio booking engine, you can integrate it with Mollie payments seamlessly.

What is the cost of working with Paxxio?
There are no additional costs to you. In fact, you can now enjoy the same product and service at a 20% lower cost. Rest assured that as long as your current contract with SmartHOTEL remains active, there is no need to make any payments to us. Payment obligations will commence once your booking engine contract with SmartHOTEL expires. Additionally, there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the agreement, and we will continue to provide the same services you are accustomed to.
